STRONG’s first-ever 6-week global challenge is here, and it’s bigger than anything we’ve done before. More training. More recovery. More nutrition. More results.
This isn’t just about pushing harder in the studio. It’s about creating balance in the way you train, recover, and fuel your body — so you feel and see real change, in and out of the studio.
When you register for the More Than a Challenge, you’ll get access to:
- Set your goal and hit either 4 or 5 classes weekly (24 or 30 in total)
- Track daily habits in the STRONG app
- Benchmark testing: See your progress with in-class benchmarks
- Built-in recovery with breathwork and stretching in class, plus on-demand mobility in the app
- Exclusive nutrition content. Weekly high-protein, macro-friendly meal prep videos from celebrity chef Khanh Ong
- Connect with thousands of STRONG Humans moving together globally. Join your studio’s Instagram broadcast channel for motivation and accountability
Free Hoodie + Prizes
Not just a hoodie. It’s a marker that you’re part of something more: the STRONG club.
The first 5,000 sign-ups for More Than a Challenge will get an exclusive, limited-edition STRONG hoodie. This drop won’t be repeated. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.
Prizes: Local studios will run their own giveaways, plus everyone who completes the challenge will go in the running to win a 12-month membership.
How to Register
Registrations open on 29 September at 3pm AWST.
Challenge registration is $40 and gives you access to the Challenge inside the STRONG app. You’ll need a membership or class credits to complete your sessions.
Subscribe to your local studios email to be sent the registration link when it opens or via the STRONG app.
Once you’ve registered, set your goal in the app (STRONG or STRONGer) and get ready to start 13 October.
